AIA Los Angeles Chapter visits PHLA+

The American Institute of Architects AIA Los Angeles Chapter visited PHLA+ with a group of interested architects to learn more about the new construction showcase single family residence passive house in Culver City, CA. Xavier Gaucher from Passive House California gave an introduction about passive house design principles and architect Christian Kienapfel from PARAVANT Architects guided the home tour.
